About this mod
This is a patch for Top Shelf Wetter Wasteland so all the drinks not only are renamed to explain what kind of liquor is but also to be part of Leah's Partial Chems system.
On top of that all the drinks had their Live and Love perk patched to the values of most counterparts from the unofficial patch (180 and 240 seconds)

After getting Top shelf wetter wasteland i felt a bit weird that it's drinks didn't had uses like the rest of the drinks (Thanks to Leah's Partial Chems system).
So i decided to make a patch for it and since it's done i wanted to share it so A) it isn't lost and B) so other users who have both mods don't have to patch it themselves every single time.
