Does anyone have a replacer of this for all the brotherhood armors? This and a marked T45D would be great for classic immersion. I've been trying to make one but its been challenging to figure out how to assign the paint to the armor.
I've never had the opportunity of playing the older fallouts (gonna fix that anyway, one day), but thanks to playthrough and images on the web, I started to love the old T-51 paint a lot, especially the Brotherhood one. And now, I can't but play as a Western Brotherhood Veteran member.
can someone help me, ive put the folders in their respective spots and where the other PA paints are located from other mods and im getting a silver finish
place the folders and the .esp from the main folder into your data folder if you use one of the optionals copy the texture folder of it into your data folder and overwride the old.
Check out Brotherhood Power Armor Overhaul and the Lore Friendly Power Armor mod. Edit- Ignore this, was supposed to be a reply to a different comment, won't let me delete it.
always love new paints for PAs, would totally dig a Rust painthjob for all the armors, I just love the rusty look of them and it's dissapointing how the rust goes away once you upgrade it past the earliest tier of each set.
Okay, this is the first time I comment on a mod, I can't figure this out. Could you please tell me how to get this to work?
I (stubbornly) first tried to install via NMM, which didn't work. Then I read your description and tried to install it manually (by putting (the loose) Main files+some Optional files in my Data folder). The "Classic_T51.esp" shows up in NMM and I'm able select the 'West Tek Finish" in-game, but the textures still don't seem to work.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Lol, now I got it all purple.
EDIT: Alright, alright... I got it working... Nevermind. :I
EDIT: ... But it was not because I wasn't reading properly (A) The description could be a bit clearer on the file placement part. Other than that, great mod!
Cool glad you were able to get it working! What part of the instructions were unclear exactly? I would like to revise that part if I could make it clearer. Thanks
I'm revisiting this mod, and the changes that I have planned is to make a shiny specular map for the steel parts, redo certain parts, and save with a better compression method. Will update soon.
Friendly reminder: you haven't updated the "Current Version" display. I only found out about the 2.0 revamp because I just so happened to check out this mod page.
EDIT: Not sure if this is just a problem on my end, but the "West-Tek Paint" no longer even shows up on the crafting menu, with the 2.0 version.
EDIT 2: Fixed the above issue by manually downloading the file, and putting it in a .zip format rather than a .rar format (I also removed the optional texture folders, which might've done something).
That's interesting, I don't know how the format would do anything. I take it you put the files from "Main" in your Data folder, right? Also, thanks for catching that Current Version thing. Completely forgot about that.

EDIT: Done
Edit: Nevermind, I opened up the files for the mod and moved the files I wanted to the appropriate places. Should be good now.
