TL;DR: Simply put, these are save files I made for those who love to use the new Weapons Overhaul Redux mod by The6thMessenger but don't feel like going through the Prologue sections again.

As a fan of customization, I LOVE the mod Weapons Overhaul Redux by the brilliant mod author The6thMessenger, but one thing about the mod that always annoyed me was that you couldn't use it on a game already started, even if it was still in the Prologue section. For that reason, I decided to make these save files for anyone who just wants to have a new game already started with the mod enabled.
These save files were made with nothing but the base game, the DLCs, a couple of CC mods (Slocum Joe's and Noir Penthouse), F4SE and of course the mod Weapons Overhaul Redux enabled using the amazing Mod Organizer 2. As far as I know, the CC mods shouldn't have any bearing on the save files whether they are present or not, but feel free to let me know if that isn't the case and I can find a way around it.
Please give all credit to The6thMessenger and show him the love he deserves. I just uploaded these for anyone who just wants to fast-track a new game.
Two sets of save files, one male and one female, with two points: One at the start of the Prologue, just before you exit the bathroom, and one right before you leave Vault 111 on the elevator. That should give you some options, especially if you're using Start Me Up - Alternate Start and Dialogue Overhaul by the equally fabulous TinyManticore. Show them the love they deserve.
