The esp will not take up the 255 load limit. It's static for now. I hope someone can make a spining disc.
About the replacer version This version has no esp. It replaces prewar radio in vanilla game. If you have Vault-Tec Workshop DLC, you can build it in your settlement as classic radio.
Original model and textures are made by syclone. I converted and fine-tuned the model and textures to fit Fallout 4 renderer and made plugins. Thanks Broodahood for help
