v0.2 - Smoothed out the power-curve on weapon damage related perks. This is most prominent in the first ranks of perks where most see an increase from 20% to 33%. I also moved some later rank abilities like sweep attack or weapon stagger to the second rank of this mod so you can enjoy them without having to max out the perk.
