This mod's a big step up from my other ones, so let me know of any problems (though I hope there aren't any of course!)
He can be found at Abernathy Farm. He's built to be an unarmed power armor fighter, which normally is a bit underpowered. He has the ability to disarm enemies & I've given his power armor shock gauntlets, which (when/if they proc) will allow him to deal significant damage, otherwise he is very tanky but low DPS.
NOTE: Follower has two different "wait" features, one is commanded the other through dialogue. The dialogue wait will cause him to stand in the spot indefinitely, so you can relocate him if you don't want him to return to Abernathy Farm. Command wait preforms like it does for other companions. If you tell him to wait using Talk->Wait there, he will not start following you if you select Follow, but he will follow you again if you select Talk->Follow. This feature is a bit confusing and I will replace it soon.
He does not take up your follower slot and can be recruited in addition to your current follower. His power armor is a modified version of Danse's and he uses Danse's combat style minus the rifle. Statistically speaking he is near identical to X6-88 (I have also provided a version which causes him to use Danse's laser rifle and unmodified X-01 power armor if you'd prefer; found under optional files, download that file instead). Like Danse, his power armor cannot be removed but you can give him alternative power armor parts to equip.
Regardless of which version you download, you can give him weapons you want him to use like other followers.
Current features:
Over 50 lines of voiced dialogue, taken from various appearances on Futurama, all with lip movement, including interaction, recruitment, combat and situational (combat lines make up the bulk). When first encountered he gives one of his rants from the show and will give another one if you keep pestering him.
Fully commandable.
(NEW) Optional add-on gives him infinite ammo with all weapons (as long as he has at least 1 bullet); works like Companion Infinite Ammo but is not dependent on it (Credit to FluffnTough for this!)

Include more cartoonish face option (current face based on Nixon's actual face, not Futurama Nixon)
Add Charleston Chew item which Nixon will occasionally give to player
Affinity player reactions (i.e. entering power armor)
Full-on affinity implementation, which will make him more like a normal follower from the base game
(later) Recruitment quest - Nixon makes you his "Campaign Manager" and keeps referring to you as Brannigan for some reason
(maybe) make version using only Aroos; could be funny
