Now killing Nuka World Raider Bosses will grant you their respective perks, so you don't have to side with them for the perks in a good person playthrough.

Now killing Nuka World Raider Bosses will grant you their respective perks, so you don't have to side with them for the perks in a good person playthrough.
Killing Nisha will give you the Chosen Disciple perk
Killing Mags Black will give you the Ace Operator perk
Killing Mason will give you the Pack Alpha perk
You can do the Open Season quest without missing out on any perks, or on an evil playthrough, get the perk for the boss you kill in the Power Play quest.
The script does not check for any raider bosses already dead though, so you will have to manually add those perks using console.
