removes blur/vignette of the PANV mod. 

it only removes it for the ESP installation i'm using. sorry. but I made this edit for personal use so i don't plan on overhauling ALL of the ESPs and ESLs that ExtremeBias made. I'm already not very good at this and slow and i really want to play the game instead of FO4edit lol. 

this requires everything the original PANV mod requires. since it's just an ESP edit.

Since this is just an edit to the PANV esp, this is how you install this

1. download the original PANV mod by ExtremeBias using your preferred mod manager
2. during the install pop up, select the ESP version, and say "Yes" to the option "do you have far harbor?"
3. Once that is installed, replace the "PowerArmorNightVision.esp" in your data folder with my version
4. launch your game and enjoy no blur. 

quick note, i wasn't able to figure out how to get rid of the blur/vignette on the lowest level brightness. but, imo, if you're using darker nights you're going to want at least brightness 2, probably 3. so i don't think it's a big deal.
