works exactly like "Xan's Immersive ammo and fusion core crafting" except i reduced the crafting price of the ammo slightly and the fusion core a LOT

So i always enjoyed Xan's mod because it basically let me craft ammo from the manufacturing stations, without having to setup and put materials into them. 

However, the fusion core recipe is EXTREMELY expensive, to the point where it's never worth it to craft one. and while the ammo that costs fertilizer/steel is fine in my opinion, the ammo that requires lead is nearly never an option to craft for the player because lead is so rare as junk loot. by reducing the lead costs of the ammo, it means buying the lead shipments from tinker tom/KLEO will allow you to make much more ammo than before. technically, this way of making ammo is now much cheaper than buying the ammo. but there's the convenience factor of traveling to diamond city and simply buying 350 rounds of .45 from arturo. so i feel like these cheaper recipes will help crafting ammo actually compete with buying ammo

as for the specific changes:

fusion core nuclear material count needed reduced from 24 to 4. so by reducing the material requirement to 4 at least it's a viable option compared to spam buying them. also synergizes very well with someone using plasma weapons/plasma infused weapons. I have added a second main file with increased fusion core crafting cost. 2 > 4 circuitry and 4 > 6 nuclear material cost. use whichever you prefer

almost any ammo that cost lead had it's lead cost cut in half. so 10mm ammo costing 2 lead per 10 bullets was reduced to 1 lead. 

gauss rifle copper cost reduced from 3 to 2

some ammo i increased the ammount crafted to offset the recipe cost. like i doubled the amount of 5mm produced from 10 to 20. 

i left energy ammo crafting mostly untouched. i don't use energy weapons much so i don't really have an eye for balancing the crafting materials with the cost of the ammo. 

untouched the conversion recipes besides .38 > 45 which is a 2:1 ratio now (which is on par with the caps ratio)
