I basically got fed up with no vanilla water sources in the major cities for purified water. I thought I'd place a few lore-friendly ones around. I mean it's a major city, you'd think they'd be able to provide water!
This adds 4 water pumps around the town.
1. at the enterance in front of Publick Occurances 2. In front of the Dugout inn. 3. at the noodle bar in the town center 4. back by the water pump for the cities water supply.
Install: Either use vortex or unzip and throw the data folder in your base folder.
