A simple mod that changes the effect of voice for when you are using a Power Helmet. Check the video to hear.
That works like a filter, so doesn't matter what voice you are using. 

Compatible to:
-Any sex
-Any language
-Any mod that changes the actor voice such as Higher Female Protagonist Voice or Higher Male Protagonist Voice (and they are recommended)


Voice 1 - Loud and some echo
Voice 2 - Same without Power Armor
Voice 3 - A lot of echo
Voice 4 - Muffled voice
