Lets you assign Arlen Glass in workshop mode after you give him Marlene's Holotape.

About this mod:
It's a very simple mod that lets you assign (Command and Move) Arlen Glass, the Pre-War toy designer in workshop mode after you give him Marlene's Holotape. So he can't be selected in workshop mode before completing his quest. He will be assignable as soon as Marlene's Holotape ends the second time (after the final dialogue he plays it again on his terminal).
If he's already been disappeared, he will be enabled and moved to the Slog. Even if you don't assign him to anything, he and his terminal won't disappear after his quest. The new Giddyup Buttercup he needed the tox parts for will be enabled though right next to his terminal.
I've added a few Agree ("workshop assignment") and Hello lines to him (e.g., "Anything I can do for you?", "Thank you... for everything.").
Assignable Giddyup Buttercup:
It's an assignable workshop object for Arlen. If he's assigned to it, he will build one Giddyup Buttercup in every 3 in-game days. They will be automatically moved into the workshop workbench. He won't take items from the workbench to craft the Buttercups, he only needs the toy parts that you've retrieved for him.
If you approach it, you'll see the activate button "Arlen's Progress". And if you press it, a message box will show the time he needs to finish his next Giddyup Buttercup.
Notes: this mod doesn't have an actual recruitment quest. I don't know if there's already a similar mod, if there is, please no need to let me know about it in comments.
