No more infection after taking a bite from those lil f***ers. This mod ensures there's at least 1 antibiotic inside the med kit over the window frame in one of the houses at sanctuary hills. There are 3 versions plus one that add 3 antibiotics instead of 1. Simple but very useful.
Use Vortex or install manually by dragging the Data folder inside your Fallout 4 installation folder.
