A fix for the akward conduits not clamping on the ceiling.

In the expansion DLC05Workshop02 (Contraptions), Bethesda created the models for the conduits on the ceiling, those that are upside-down, but you couldn't actually build them on the ceiling because they forgot to add a property named WorkshopItemClamping 1. It is the same property that lightbulbes have to be built on the ceiling.

The problem is that just adding this property you now can build those upside-down conduits on the ceiling, but they don't snap with each other, you can attach another conduit cable or another floor conduit, but it won't snap with another upside-down conduit.

In my opinion Bethesda saw a possible solution to this problem just forgetting about it... Who cares! Right? WRONG! I do care!

So, my simple solution was to add 7 new copies of the Vanilla ceiling conduits and adding that property and calling it "Conduit Start"*: when you want to build on the ceiling you just use one of the Start pieces and then go back using the others that will snap normally.

There are 7 in total: 5 conduit-boxes, 1 power radiator, 1 lamp (w/ 4 attach points)
You can find them in the same category Power\Conduit.

Some tricks/issues fixes

You can group-select (hold Activation) the start item to align a long series of cables with the ceiling (OCDs are welcome! :) ) and they will keep being clamped on it at least IF you attach cables. Well, I didn't test all the combinations, but for sure the vertical conduit cables will force the whole group on the floor.
Also in my test in Sanctuary houses, if you group select a Start conduit with some cables, you can normally by-pass the walls (rotating the group built or tranfering the group previously built on a suspended ceiling) but to attach a powerwire to a conduit box that comes out of the wall, you have to use a ceiling box conduit, or glitch-wire the floor box conduit.
