Converts the .223 Revolver to *actually* use .223 from Caliber Complex as well as sets the IF-54 Beowulf to use .50 Beowulf. Single record removed from the original ESP in-order to forward Caliber Complex's 5.7x28mm Edit.

Noticed that Skib's Weapon Pack had a replacement for the 5mm Ammo that was replacing Caliber Complex's edits. So I changed that, and figured I'd do some extras while I was at it.
It's an extremely small patch as once the 5mm edit is removed: .308, 12-Gauge, and 5mm receivers are perfectly compatible on their own. Only edits worth noting are the ones previously stated: .223 Revolver uses .223, and IF-54 Beowulf uses .50 Beowulf.
