Simple naming rules that shorten item names by removing what is unnecessary

I didn't like how the naming system worked. It was complicated and unnecessarily long. Resulting names were hard to sort and gave lots of excessive information.
There are mods like ECO or Ruddy88's Better Naming that are making sorting easier, but still don't solve my problem with too much information.
So I decided to make my own system which is inspired by both of these mods (they are great btw, kudos to authors)

- reduced the amount of weapon adjectives
- added keywords for long, medium and short scopes
- added keywords for dot/circle reflex sights
- 10mm changed to 10mm Pistol
- 44 changed to 44 Pistol
