A very basic and simple blueprint for a walled-in Tenpines Bluff. Blueprint includes the settlement wall and basic furnishings for the original two settlers in the fixed house at the end of the settlement. Other than that, you have lots of room to build!

A very basic and simple blueprint for a walled-in Tenpines Bluff. Blueprint includes the settlement wall and basic furnishings for the original two settlers in the fixed house at the end of the settlement. Other than that, you have lots of room to build!
Check the required mods! The important mods for the build itself (sparse furniture not withstanding) are Log Walls, Workshop Rearranged, The Kuro Tab, and Clean Shacks. Creative Clutter, Cozy Scavver, Compact Crafting, and Commonwealth Cleanup and Big Junk Remix can all be easily skipped, as they are only for the scant few furnishings in the house.
I recommend scrapping the settlement/nuking it before importing. That said, do NOT scrap the broken down house at the end of the settlement, as it will not be imported with the blueprint.
