Hello fellow city builder! While playing with this plan, I noticed that at Level 3, the "residential/bed count" in the city plan status bar is set to 2 settlers. I know that Kinggath updated the city plan plug-in maker website to change the way that residential/bed count is calculated in city plans earlier this year or late last year and was wondering if you'd updated your old plans, like this one, for the changes. It basically requires you to re-build the plug-in on the website using your export files and manually typing in the intended residential plot/bed count so that city plans can recruit settlers based off of that in-game.

If you need any help with that or have any questions about what i'm talking about, feel free to reach out to me on discord. I'm in Karvoc's discord and if you ask for me folks can ping me if I miss your message. I go by Vee on there. Thanks!

What is the optional file for? I am confused, can I choose the city plan manually or what are they for?

The main file should put the city plan into your sim settlements city planners desk when you build one in the airport.  From there the settlement will be constructed the way sim settlements normally does it, with new plots being constructed and updated in stages after a settler has claimed them.  After enough time and certain conditions are met the entire settlement will reach 100% completion in it's current "Stage" and will upgrade to the next highest stage (this is where major, non-plot specific construction to the overall settlement, like border walls, occurs).

The optional files provide "layouts" for the mod Workshop Framework to use.  That mod allows you to bypass the normal step-by-step construction of settlements that would happen if building a settlement with a city blueprint from the planners desk.  Instead, you go to the regular workshop bench and will have an option to select a layout to load.  Most sim settlements blueprints allow a settlement to upgrade through three stages of development and these layouts represent the final (100% complete) version of the settlement at one of those stages.  Using this method the entire settlement will be automatically constructed; all home, work, security, recreation, etc. plots will be fully built and furnished, just waiting for a settler to come and claim them.  With this you can skip over entire stages of settlement development if you want to and go straight to a finished stage 1/2/3 settlement without the slow accumulation of plot upgrades over time.

10/10. Awesome design and layout. This is one of the few builds I've seen that's every bit as good as the RoTC builds in terms of hitting that sweet spot between detail and realism. And it doesn't have any of RoTC's bugs.

I'm Commander Count du Monde, and this is my favorite City Plan on the Citadel.
