Tools and Patches for Fallout 4

After I crawled through an endless amount of websites, discord servers and breakdowns while learning to mod the game, I decided to create a list for people, who want to start modding and dont have any background in this.
I start off with some basic knowledge, some of which I had to learn the hard way.
For every mod and tool mentioned, there is a small description and a currently working download link. (29th March 2022)

I did not create or work on any of the tools and patches in this list. All credit goes to the original creators, which you can find in the provided links.

Do your eyes a favor and get Notepad++, this way the .txt will be formatted as intended.

In case you are very very new to software editing, you will need either winrar or 7zip for everything.

There is one list for Tools, mostly external Software, which will allow you to do pretty much everything you want to, further info is provided in the text.
The tools are ranked after their priority. The lower the number, the higher the priority. The low priority Tools also include some advanced tools for script editing etc.

The second list contains various patches for Fallout 4, which will improve your gaming experience. Starting with A in this list, these patches have the highest priority and will fix things like crashes and general performance. Going down the list the patches will become less essential and focus on better graphics and sound design.

If you have any questions regarding the list or the contents of it, feel free to message me. I will try to help as much as I can.

If you have suggestions, please message me. I will happily expand my knowledge and this list.

My goal here is simply to provide people with some kind of access to the modding scene, as it can be horribly tedious to work through it on your own, especially considering there are some things, which I would now consider essential, which you would never hear about, when you are just browsing mods and troubleshoot.
