The Handmade Holorifle is based off of a receiver prototyped pre-war, based off of hologram tech invented for the Sierra Madre. Before the weapon was even given furniture or barrels, the bombs went off. Only 2 receivers existed, one of them in the Commonwealth. Luckily, some mysterious scavenger managed to recreate the planned barrel and improvised a stock, and it wasn't Elijah...
Yet another mod, I think I'm getting better at this, it certainly looks better than my previous weapon mods with fully custom models, I did kitbash the stock, but that was to look more handmade, also I'm still working on modeling stocks better. So I hope that's not a big deal lol.
