This mod changes the appearance of Tinker Tom to a more rugged look, closer to the concept art version.

I saw a mod by perroamarillo who created a mod to align the looks of Tinker Tom with a more concept art style, though it didn't fit too well (imo) because it is so far lacking a voice replacement, which I did look for in fact… I came to the conclusion to try to figure out how to make an appearance change mod for the character, so he could be a bit more rugged, while retaining some level of youthful appearance.
For any who want the mod that I mentioned that prompted my changes, refer to perroamarillo 's mod “Tinker Tom Concept Art”.
I wanted to keep the color of Tinker Tom mostly the same as I could, while giving him a look of a man with experience, like the concept art showcase.
Also, I gave him a full beard to show he isn't one for maintaining a certain facial hair look to impress people, but rather he'd enjoy focusing on the tech and plans he cooks up in the HQ.
