Made Relay Outpost Zamonja into a small, fortified area.
Surrounded the build area with a high, stone wall.
Added a small, single room home and a couple of huts.
Added a satellite dish because I thought it looked kinda cool... (I always make this settlement location into a spy base.)
All of the encounter markers are still in place, so you still get to waste Boomer and the rest of the raiders...
Depending upon whatever you are using for a green/tree mod, you may get some clipping in the structures. Just use the Scrap Everything or Place Anywhere mods to deal with anything that may clip through a floor or wall. (I use "Another Pine Forest" and had to relocate two trees...)
This is based on the vanilla sized build area but should still work fine if you are using a mod to expand the settlement size. You'll just build some things outside the walls...
