V.A.T.S.: Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System.
The idea of this mod is to give a sound ambience that implies that V.A.T.S. is really
scanning, detecting and calculating the weak points of the enemy,
in addition to making the sounds themselves actually seem to come from the Pip-Boy itself.
This was made thanks to Atomic HorrorSound Effects (Youtube).
Specifically, the sounds have been selected in this playlist.
