About this mod

Sanctuary Blueprint that has a Covenant style wall around it with some empty Turret stands.
There are doors in wall that open with a button and automatically close after 10 seconds.
This was kept very mod requirement light.

UPDATE: 5/21/23
This mod is now obsolete.
Sanctuary Covenant Walls with push-button gates is the up to date replacement.
It is a total rework from ground up.

UPDATE: 4/16/22
To hide my wires I use "wire glitch" which I learned in No Mod Shop Class ...
It ends up transfer settlements doesn't understand this and offers to "FIX" the wiring,
which only breaks everything. Do not let transfer settlements "FIX" your wiring,
as there is nothing actually wrong. I suggest telling transfer settlement wiring to
never warn me about this again. (however its worded)

After looking into  Attacker Spawn Points
Original version *MAY* have spawn points outside of walls.
I have made an alternate version of the walls to be sure spawn points are outside of the walls.
The alternate version is under Optional Files.
I have added some pictures of the alternate version where changed.

This is my very first mod. I did my best to make it as professional as possible. I welcome feedback.

What this does;
Sanctuary now has a Covenant wall around it. Wall goes under Sanctuary bridge ( instead of attaching to it) for maximum compatibility. Blue house at NE corner is only home integrated. There are occasional empty Turret stands along wall. There are 5 powered doors that each have buttons on both sides of wall, and open when their button is pushed. Doors automatically close after 10 seconds. There are a few empty Scaffold turret stands as well.

The blue house at the North East part of Sanctuary ends up being a part of the wall. The Sanctuary build area cuts through the very corner of the cellar and I wanted this to be as compatible as possible so I left that area alone. It comes with a medium generator (5 power) which powers the 5 doors.

Each Powered door has 2 "Delayed Off Switch" built in, one per side. There is a Power Conduit connected to the Delayed Off switches hidden under a Concrete Wall Endcap. That "hidden power conduit" is linked to an external Power Conduit on the edge of the inside wall. This exposed Power Conduit is linked to power grid. You should not ever need to interact with the "hidden power conduit", just move Endcap if you need to interact with one. Each conduit linked to power grid has an Industrial wall light (caged yellow one) near it so you can easily find them if needed. Wiring is "under ground" so it should be out of the way.

Scaffold turret stands are in a few locations outside of wall at edge of build area.

I kept this very mod requirement light, for maximum compatibility.
Only Snappable Covenant Walls, and Transfer Settlements are required mods.
Snappable Covenant Walls requires (for me) Settlement Keywords.
Transfer Settlements requires HUDFramework and F4SE.  You likely already have F4SE if you have mods.
(newer than F4SE 0.6.20 breaks Transfer Settlement last I knew).

The only DLC requirements are;
DLC Workshop 01 (Wasteland Workshop) and DLC Workshop 02 (Contraptions Workshop).
This should be perfect for a new game. It fits any gameplay power level as well.

Why I did it;
I was never very happy with just how long it took me if I built a wall around Sanctuary each new game.. Some mods have walls but I never really liked any of them. In many cases they just didn't link together well or fit well, they looked sloppy and like they were rushed. Sometimes they just did way more than walls. I came across transfer settlements and was excited til most those walls were the same problems. The doors were another matter. NPCs open doors and leave them open. I finally went ahead and took my time to build my own wall. It is not perfect, the geometry of settlements makes a perfect snapped wall impossible. However, I did take my time and tried to make it as realistic and reasonable as possible. No under wall gaps, and walls follow terrain pretty well. For wall doors, I didn't want to mess around with a mod to solve that so I went searching for ways to build push button doors. You can use a settlement computer to alter delay times on the Delayed Off Switch. I also wanted it to be just a wall. It has turret stands but YOU get to build whatever on them to suit your power level. The generator is just enough to power the doors so it is great for low power game and starting a new game. It connects to a Power Conduit so you can build your own power sources and just connect them to that Power Conduit and everything should work fine.
          This mod (this settlement transfer) will not bloat your mod list with requirements.

Transfer Settlement uses "slots". It is basically a number for the file name the info is stored under. I am posting a slot 1 and a slot 10. This way if you have already used slot "1" then no worries, slot "10" is most likely open.

This mod does not clean up Sanctuary. Mods I use to clean up my Sanctuary (and much of my game) are;
Insignificant Object Remover
Raze My Settlement
Sanctuary Hills Cleanup
... and some handy tools to help clean up settlements ...
Place Everywhere
Scrap Everything

If there is another settlement you want me to do with Covenant style walls with
push button doors please let me know in the comments.
