Allows writing with Wasteland Workshop lettering through a message box menu, rather than needing to select and manually place the letters one by one.

WHAT IT DOES
Adds a new constructible object called Free Type under Lettering in the workshop. Activating the object brings up a message box menu which allows selection of the the Wasteland Workshop decorative letters, to be automatically placed in a neat line. The player needs to have one piece of steel in their inventory for each letter placed. The letters can be moved and scrapped, just the same as if they had been placed by hand.
WHY?
I really like the idea of being able to put up all sorts of info texts for the benefit of the settlers and travellers, but having to scroll through the menu to find the correct letter, and then manually place it in the gameworld, is just a right pain. This simplifies the task somewhat.
COMPATIBILITY
The only vanilla asset altered is the constructible object in Wasteland Workshop, to bring the price of the letters down from two pieces of steel to one. This change being overridden will not alter the function of the mod in any way; the price of the construction will just be inconsistent between the old and the new method.
THE STATE OF THE MOD
As commonly is the case, I originally wrote the mod for my own use, before deciding to also make a public version, which I haven't playtested quite as much as might be prudent. So bugs are a possibility, despite the mod being quite simple.
KNOWN ISSUES
Since the letters are placed outside of the build mode, they can appear in air or in other places where one wouldn't normally be able to place them. I'm trusting you not to abuse this exploit for your twisted enjoyment.
