He'll have the outfit you chose on when you see him in the vault. He will have the same outfit on when you encounter him later on in the battle and whatever. So on and so forth. Rest of the game really.

Comment a request for what mod armor/clothing you'd like to see and i can make it.
[Difference between Versions?]
A version will only be changes if it was missing something i forgot or if the orginal mod author updates their mod.
[Is it safe for mid playthrough?]
Ya just wait inside a cell for 72 hours to reset his inventory
[Is it safe to upgrade?]
Idk yet, havn't made any updates but when i do i'll be sure to keep everyone informed.
[Esp? Scripts? DLC? Mod Conflicts?]
Single ESP. No scripts used, This mod only requires the modded outfit that's being used to overwrite Kellogg. This mod will conflict with any mod that replaces Kellogg's inventory etc.
[Load Order Help]
Doesn't matter unless you're using something that alters Kellogg. Load my mod after any mod that alters Kellogg and you're good.
