Just a quick weapon damage fix for Submachine Gun, Minigun, Institute Laser, and Gatling Laser, making them more competitive in game.

Quick Weapon Fix

What it says in the overview, a quick little plugin I whipped up, to bring the damage of lackluster weapons up slightly, to make them more competitive with the rest. Seriously, has anyone ever used a Submachine Gun as their main weapon (unless it's the Legendary explosive variant)? Or a Minigun, with it's pathetic 8 points of base damage (which drops to 4, at harder difficulties)? Not to even mention that irritating spool-up time (while NPCs who use it DON'T suffer from the spool-up !!! - tested)I've also brought Institute Lasers up slightly, to be just 1 point better in damage then normal laser variant. Should make them a more attractive alternative.

Details:

Minigun base damage increased to 15 (from 8) per round. Minigun spool-up time removed (now it fires instantly when you pull the trigger). Also affects Vertibird miniguns.

Gatling Laser base damage increased to 18 (from 14) per round. Spool-up time removed.

Submachine Gun base damage increased to 20 (from 13) per round. Now it's a decent alternative to Combat and Assault rifles (less damage per shot, but faster RoF), and strictly superior to an auto-Pistol.

Institute Laser base damage increased to 25 (from 21). 1 point more then standard Laser Gun.

Installation: Use the manager, or put it into the Data folder. Try to have it as far down the plugin load order as you can.


NEW:

I've added an alternative version of the mod, which also gets rid of the damage debuff on basic capacitors for Institute Lasers. Now they do their full stated damage, unupgraded. This will make early Synth encounters more difficult (ArcJet), so only use this if you like that little extra challenge early on. Only use one of the files, the standard mod, OR the alternate mod. Not both.

Combat Shotgun base damage increased to 64 (from 50). Standard auto-receiver for it now receives a damage debuff (-25%), to bring it in line with all other auto-receivers.

Double-Barrel Shotgun base damage increased to 56 (from 45).

Submachine Gun standard receiver no longer has a damage debuff (full 20 points of damage in full-auto). Range increased.

Minigun range slightly increased on it's standard barrel. Damage upped to 16. Minigun base weight increased to 24.

Combat and Assault rifle standard automatic receivers rebalanced. Now only give a -25% damage debuff (original -35%), to bring them in line with all other auto-receivers.

This version also includes the Institute Laser damage debuff removal (completely replacing the optional version).
