Unlocks all of the perks including the max level for each perk in one simple command.
- Permissions and credits
Instructions:
1) Copy the AddPerks.txt file to the folder where your Fallout 4 exe file is located (Default location is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Fallout 4")
2) Launch Fallout 4
3) Open console by pressing the "~" key
3) Type "bat AddPerks.txt" and hit enter
4) Profit!!!
