Adds crafting recipes in Chemical Workbench for : AMMUNITION / MODS / PERSONALIZE / REFUNDS sub-menus from "Modern Firearms" (https://modern-firearms-fo4.info/)
Recipes created on the fly, in 5 min, so don't expect realism, scientific rigueur or even lore (no Perk requisites, à la Modern Firearms).

2x Acid
2x Copper
4x Lead
6x Steel
5x Fertilizer
Made with xEdit & love - plus I was tired of having to claim a Settlement to start putting money in a machine which doled out ammo.
Next step :
-include the weapon mods ? - DONE
-include MODS / PERSONALIZE / REFUNDS - DONE
- No more Money in recipes ? -> move the cost of "crafting" from Weapons Workbench to these recipes ?
- Make different difficulty levels of crafting ("what's a FOMOD install anyways ?")
- Take out all the [DISABLED] Personalize & Refunds
