Optional plugin file with an esl-flagged esp which adds: - Female outfit models - Radiation resistance sim to the Hazmat Suit - Ballistic weave option - Legendary keyword - Some misc. armor mods (e.g. Padded, Ultra-light, etc.) - Rebreather/Rad Scrub/Stealthboy mods
