This mod replaces the face and hair of the mod Companion Ivy. I'm playing Fallout 4 in VR, and in VR you don't have the looks menu option to change a companion's appearance , so I used Xedit to change Ivy's appearance.
You need the original mod Companion Ivy 6.0, and the mod KS Hairdos for this to work. Enjoy.
