A small modification that should be non - intrusive and should completely remove that screen blur when you take any damage.

This modification removes that ugly screen blur visual when you take damage, the blur shown in the pictures. This mod was requested by a friend and I'm sure others would like this, as well.
I use Settlement Raiding Mod for testing.
I used FO4EDIT to create this mod: FO4Edit
I used the Fallout 3 version of this modification to help me figure out how to remove the blur: Better performance for older PCs - No blur effect on hit
Please let me know if anything is wrong, I'll do my best to fix it.
