   I'm sorry for asking, But I do not understand which requirement list to follow.
   The dropdown list or the one written below it.
   I usually follow the dropdown list, so I have a question regarding that. How can bare essentials? be a requirement for a settlement related mod?
   I am new to the FO4 modding so am kinda confused.
