I have made 2 version of these, a dark, barely see through version and a lighter see-through version, take your pick.

1. Extract files into your Fallout 4/Data folder, or use the Nexus Mod Manager
2. Edit your Documents\my games\Fallout4\fallout4.ini
Under [Archive]
