That's all. Just ice. You freeze it, you sell it, everyone wants it. Valued at 100 caps a bag. The process, however, is a little involved.
See, there aren't any freezers. So, you have to build one, a jury-rigged one that can take power. Because we want our ice right away, it's going to take 5 power.
You'll find the freezer in the Miscellaneous section of the Power Menu.
You'll find ice cube trays scattered about wherever you find junk. I've left five in Hardware Town to get you started.
Next, you can't make ice from just any water, it has to be purified. So, get ice cube trays, fill them with purified water, place them in the freezer and five seconds later, you have a frozen tray of ice. Just crack the tray and put the ice in a bag. Then sell it. Soon. It only lasts 24 in-game hours in your inventory.
