This mod changes the entire catalogue of clothes for the Raiders.
The goal is to implement top notch clothing & armor mods in an immersive way.

This includes the following changes:
The raiders have a whole array of new underarmors & headgear from 3 fantastic mods giving the raiders a "crazy industrial" vibe.
Complete new chance system for armor pieces & headgear for an endless amount of variety.
Raider bosses have guaranteed spawning chances and are always armored to the teeth.
This makes the raiders a lot stronger then before. You have been warned.

The included clothing fits seamlessly into both a vanilla game or a modded game in terms of balance, worth & acquirement.
Complete overhaul of defensive & caps values. There are small bug fixes included. Keyword & body slots are improved for a consistency across all these mods.

The crafting of the sets has been gated behind a perk requirement. This is done to prevent easy access to endgame gear.
The idea is that you get it from the world first before crafting it.

The description has been made as simply as possible.
If you want to know all the tiny details about what is changed, check the Articles.

Download with any mod manager.
Nuka World is required.
Raider Overhaul ONE is required.
Raider Accessories is required.
Clothing of the Commonwealth is required.
Get the EVB version if you are using vanilla body.

The Clothing of the Commonwealth mod comes with AWKCR & AE requirements.
The replacement esp disables these requirements. It also renames & rebalances the entire set of clothing.
You can find this replacement esp on the file page.
If you want more info, see article.

All the patches for this mod will only work for the added clothing from Raider Overhaul ONE.
The rest of that mod has not been patched (like weapons & power armor).
You either need to do that yourself or find a patch for the rest for whatever conflicting mod you might use.

If you got an issue, check the Questions section below before commenting.

The goal
The goal is to implement other mods into the game in an immersive way.
In my eyes, that means you find the armor somewhere in the world. Be that an NPC, a vendor or a location.
Most clothing mods are easily obtained & most of the time overpowered in stats, unbalancing the entire game.
Therefore I gate them behind something, and balance them to fit seamlessly into the vanilla game.

Nuka World raiders
I left them alone. They are already pretty well defined by vanilla.

Compatibilities
Every vanilla raider clothing retexture or mesh edit is compatible.
Feel free to use whatever ones you like.
Grease Rat Garbs is not compatible.
Fantastic mod, but some of the outfits are too ridiculous IMO. I could patch it, but I would get rid of half the clothing and that would be a shame. GRG script injects and the leveled list are rewritten so it would do nothing. It's this one or that one.
Capital Wasteland Raiders is not compatible.
The variety is already huge, this just adds more bloat. And it script injects, see above.
Raider Overhaul R is not compatible.
Raider Overhaul ONE is the base used for this mod. This does not work with that.
Raider Gangs Extended x Deadly Commonwealth x Raider Children are all compatible.
They add their own outfits without touching vanilla. They will all work without issue.
Outcasts And Remnants x Project Valkyrie x Depravity are compatible.
Same as above.

Balance Patches
Most gameplay overhaul mods will be compatible without needing a patch.
I support 3 gameplay overhauls. These are Unbogus, Lunar & Better Locational Damage.
Horizon is no longer among supported overhauls. It does it's own thing regarding clothing and it's complicated and time consuming to patch.
I will also check popular mods that do something similar or might conflict. If it needs a patch, It's possible I make one for it.
And if I personally use a mod that conflicts, a patch will also be available for those.

Lack of Patches
All the supported mods work without issues except for Lunar and it's added gasmask keyword.
ECO has not been patched because you should follow 4estgimps instructions on how to patch RO One with it.

BLD
BLD uses a helmet list that protects from headshots, both on you and NPC's. All helmets & masks need to be included in this list.
Just wanted to throw that reminder out there, since I'm not including this list in my BLD patches anymore.

Patch order
Since this mod overwrites outfit records, it needs to win those conflicts. Logical thinking can solve every issue.
An example would be: Lunar<Meliora Clothing Overhaul<Raider Overhaul ONE<Look At Me RAE<Patches.
This means that Look At Me RAE wins the conflicts from all the previous mods, the patches correct what's wrong and therefore no issues are caused.

Patch conflict
The individual patches work with that mod specifically. It is possible that 2 patches conflict with each other.
I'm not interested in making patches within patches. I'll just end up with infinite combo's and it clutters everything.

Weird issues with <insert mod here>
Do not use any other patches for this mod or the required clothing mods. It will cause issues.

Naked or vanilla outfit
The NPC was already spawned on the save you are using.
Go as close as possible to the NPC, open console, click on the NPC until a code appears, type "resurrect", enter.
After closing the console, you will see the NPC disappear for a second and spawn in the correct outfit.
If this does not correct it, something else is overwriting this mod. Probably another mod, let this mod win the conflicts in that case.

Texture glitches
Purple, you are missing textures.
No body, you are missing meshes.
Weird shine, you are missing materials.
Clipping, you are using a body mod.
