This mod edit is a cheat mod but under some condition it isnt (please download the actual mod from NewerMind43 and Captain-Ultima, for this mod edit to work)

THIS IS LITERALLY JUST A FILE THAT CHANGES THE STATS For the mix of mods i downloaded
This edit mod was to only be used for those who have alot of mods that make enemies hard as hell, and more so the game, and how the specs of power armor used, or mods to make enemies scale way up in level and spawn with power armor or a whole lot of legendary enemies
because for my playthrough of the game, the default stats of this power armor would of gotten it striped within 1 minute and me dead even faster then that. and so i thought of just fixing that (for my game) by editing the stats and what not to be as good as how my x-01 in game is, but a bit better,
but if you are not having a huge amount of mods combined to make the game really hard in combat (atleast to enemies that get the mods applied to them), then yes this mod is a cheat mod, butohwell? I just love how this armor looks.
