RANDOM SETTLEMENT SCRAPPING PROOF OF CONCEPT / BETA
Another minor annoyance: every time you start a new settlement at Sanctuary, you get the same scrap. Not anymore! I've figured out a way to get leveled lists from settlement scrapping! Yay! It wasn't that hard, it basically works like a component shipment: it adds a misc object to the workshop which then replaces itself with the leveled list. Piece of cake. ESL with loose script.
