My 12th settlement build from 2018, finally for download!
This is a custom settlement location added by a mod, at the Relay Tower ODB-521 at the edge of the Glowing Sea.
This is my massive immersive Institute build that has been requested as a blueprint for years.
Pretty lore friendly! Requires a bunch of mods, I'm afraid.

This is my 12th settlement build from 2018, finally for download!



This has been my most requested blueprint over the years and my most popular build.
I have added minor tweaks since the video. For example, I have now added a real life deathclaw and two radscorpions to the pen where I had static props before. Added a few new furniture and workshop items from a second Institute build kit.


General note: My blueprints have a growing list of requirements. I am aware that this makes them unsuitable for most people. I didn't design my settlements with blueprints in mind. I'm only making them available now because I'm been asked a lot over the years. So now I provide the service for the few people who might actually go along with the requirements for whatever insane reason. ;)

FEATURES:

This is an Institute base hidden in the Glowing Sea, run by the survivors of the purge initiated by my Sole Survivor. They're doing valuable research on mutations.

The facility offers:
  • a 3 floor hospital
  • a cafeteria
  • a lounge
  • a gym
  • showers and bathroom
  • elevators
  • research labs of all kind
  • a crashed UFO site
  • a captured alien (it's a settler that needs to be assigned however)
  • a creature study pen
  • greenhouses
  • Institute chemistry station
  • other custom Institute workstations

There is:
  • 0 food (it's fine^^)
  • 67 water
  • 70 power
  • 0 defense (also fine because there are NO attacks)
  • 35 beds

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • If you have issues with cVc Dead Wasteland, that's because I'm still running the 5.3 esp that I had to manually change in FO4Edit when I updated the mod because the esp name changed and I would have otherwise lost everything I built with the old version. Below are instructions from the mod author on how to fix the issue. Please note that this fix might actually break YOUR builds because now the esp won't match anymore if you've used a newer version of the mod already.

Move v5.3 ba2 and esp files out of your data folder download version 6.

First, change the DLC esp dependency via FO4Edit from cVc Dead Wasteland 6.esp to cVc Dead Wasteland.esp
Now change the master esp name cVc Dead Wasteland 6 - Main.BA2 <-> cVc Dead Wasteland - Main.BA2
cVc Dead Wasteland 6 - Textures.BA2 <-> cVc Dead Wasteland - Textures.BA2
cVc Dead Wasteland 6.esp <-> cVc Dead Wasteland.esp


Alternatively, I'll add the modified Dead Wasteland files to the download section of this mod, in case this is useful to people who have never used Dead Wasteland before.



Note: The creatures sandbox around the dead brahmin carcasses but might teleport out of the glass pen. You might have to relocate them.

INSTALLATION:
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
Drop the downloaded file into the Data folder. This blueprint uses slot 12. If you already have a blueprint there, back it up! Or put the Json file in a different slot of your choosing.

You also need Glowing Sea Colonization - 7 new Settlements to unlock the location.
