Abernathy Stronghold
Possible issues: First level: Building across from caravan service should be a power plant. In testing. That's what I made. That's not what I got. You may need to install a municipal power switch. WRK > Power > Misc. I put it on the power pole at the power plant but it didn't make it into this plan. First level: The two homes should be multi person. Change if needed. At the second level two more homes beside first two should also be multi person homes. Change if necessary. If any of these houses don't start building in a reasonable length of time. Assign a settler to start building. Doesn't matter if they already have a home. You don't want to not have enough beds. Then you have to listen to them bitch about the "bed situation." You may need to manually assign settlers if they don't assign themselves. On the back side of Abernathy house, the left plot (by the big tree) should be a power relay station. There is a section of fence by the farm and single-family home that I removed. But it decided it liked it here and moved back in. Sometimes only foundations are put down without the plot being attached. Build what you want.
The power plant and power relay station are needed for chapter 2.
