> Shotgun Surgeon - In combat, using shotguns ignore of armor, when automatic shotguns.
> And Stay Back! - In combat, shotguns have a chance to knock back enemies, even when bashing.
> Hit the Deck - Reduces incoming explosive damage.
> Laser Commander - Increases Critical Damage of Laser weapons.
> Practical Shooter - Practical Shooter - Pistols have bonus movement speed and damage while in ADS.
> Hunter - In combat, you deal bonus damage to animals and bugs, and have increased VATS hit-chance.
> Zombie Survival Guide - In combat, you deal bonus damage to Feral Ghouls, and have increased VATS Headshot chance.
> Fight the Power - You deal bonus damage to Brotherhood or Institute enemies.
> Lawbringer - You deal bonus damage to Raiders, and have a small chance of causing them to flee when damaged.
> Meltdown - Enemies killed by Energy Weapons explode on death.
