My 10th settlement build from 2018, finally for download!
This is my restored and improved Slog build that adds two buildings and greenhouses. It's my ghoul settlement but you can have any settlers you want!
Lore friendly! Requires a bunch of mods, I'm afraid.

This is my 10th settlement build from 2018, finally for download!
General note: My blueprints have a growing list of requirements. I am aware that this makes them unsuitable for most people. I didn't design my settlements with blueprints in mind. I'm only making them available now because I'm been asked a lot over the years. So now I provide the service for the few people who might actually go along with the requirements for whatever insane reason. ;)
FEATURES:
This is my idea of an improved and expanded Slog. It's where my ghouls live among themselves. They also take in children. So this place is very kid friendly with UFOs on the rooftops. ;)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Selective scrapping required. Please crap the entire chain link fence in all instances, and also the wire fence. Scrap all the beds. Scrap the UFO. I THINK you need to scrap all deck chairs (there should be 4 new ones on that side). Scrap the nuka cola machine. The tall tree needs to be scrapped as well as the fallen tree. Several patio chairs need to be scrapped (the one on the side of the deck chairs) but not all of them, so it might be easier to scrap them after import where they clip. Do NOT scrap the couch and the lockers. Refer to the after screenshots to see what else needs to be scrapped.
Required mods that have been deleted from Nexus and moved to Bethesda.net or elsewhere:
Note: Several of the smaller workshop mods I used in the beginning became redundant after installing Workshop Rearranged and other big mods. However, I never went back and replaced these to keep the required mod count down. I never intended to upload my settlements! Apologies for thebloated requirements!
INSTALLATION:
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
Drop the downloaded file into the Data folder. This blueprint uses slot 10. If you already have a blueprint there, back it up! Or put the Json file in a different slot of your choosing.

- a doctor and a surgeon
- vanilla toilets
- showers
- kitchen
- a pub with dance floor
- fish gutting workstation
- water purification station
- caravan trading post outside the settlement
There is:
- 60 food
- 17 water
- 107 power
- 216 defense
- 27 beds
