Sim Settlements 2 version - both normal and light. this allows the SPECIAL Zapper to be craftable at the city planner desk under tools.
Cheat versions have been removed. Now you can mod the SPECIAL Zapper at a weapons workbench to change the options.
Target: Settler Only or Any NPC
Stats Limit: Max 10 or Unlimited
I changed the way the weapon damage is calculated so there should no longer be any issues of settlers dying.
Install/uninstall with a mod manager...
