You can reable them again in xEdit if you want. I found them hard to balance for Frost, and there is no in-game lore or indication that government labs for FEV creatures existed in the Commonwealth.
Gave it a check in xEdit to see if it might somehow conflict with any of my own background tweaks, and I ran into Del20_LCharDynamicRare. Looks like that list may not be finished yet; everything in it hasn't been Unleveled in line with Frost just yet, and looks like the Hellcats (Bobcats) are still there, so they'll probably still pop in from time to time depending on how Menagerie's Rare Spawn system really works. Not sure if it's intentional or if that matters in practice, but I'll be sure to keep an eye out for that.
This frost patch for MM currently only works for an older version of MM, as it was not yet updated for the newest ones. So it might be due to this fact. Did you also check if Del20_LCharDynamicRare and BobCats are really referenced in non-disabled spawns? I disabled a lot of MM's spawns, that might be the reason why I did not unlevel this.
It wouldn't make sense for the Marshland, as the MM patch for The Marshland mostly adds creatures that are not lore friendly for frost.
Do not use the patches that add MM creatures to The Forest and The Marshlands until I or someone else patch them for FROST. If you still want to use them, you will encounter several problems from a balancing perspective, mostly that all creatures one-shot you and that they basically can't be killed.
I am pretty sure that you messed up your load order/mod setup somehow. Can you explain what you mean with "simply doesn't work" and post your load order here? I might be able to say what is wrong here.
No problem. Btw, your current frost setup is....not good. Please use the frost guides to make a proper frost setup. You can find them in the first pinned message on the frost nexuspage.
Your current setup will have big problems with fps drops, crashes and bugs. You are missing stuff like the frost cell fixes mods, and the unofficial updates.
