Turn Home Plate into a platform for artificial pleasures.Shops, private lounges, drugs, chemicals, hallucinogenic mushrooms and virtual trips, come and change your mind in the heart of Diamond City.
There's no beacon. You should manually send settlers here. You'll have 1 residential plot, 1 agricultural plot and 1 recreational plot.
When the plots are at level 3, they will produce 10 foods, 6 waters, and you will have 10 beds.
!! If you want the same decor as on the pictures and video, you should have the following sim settlements 2 Addon installed:
