Simple mod that changes Sunrise / Sunset and Weather to Real World Data

Day/Night Cycle

• Sunset 17:50
  

Times in game do differ a couple minutes (due to input format)

Note: I'm not completely certain about how long before Sunset the Sky should get brighter / respectively how long after sunset the Sky is bright. I've set it to what seemed reasonable.

Values for Weather Chances are open for discussion. I only had values for Sunny times and Rainy Days. Chances for Rad Storms is slightly higher.
