As close as i can get to making Jack (Mass effect 2, Mass Effect 3) using the vanilla game.

Updated file: Most recent file sets jack outside vault 111 at level 1 - clean save.




Installation:
Save file. Drop into mygames>fallout4>saves.

Now we just need somebody to create one of Jack's outfits as an armor set.
