Also, I am using Cridowskin 4k Body Textures 2K Faces - by Cridow and you should too if you want it to look like the screenshots. It doesn't just change the skin, but also provides the makeup, brows and freckles I use. Though, if you want to use some other skin mod I reckon you could do some tweaking in looksmenu.
Got the CBBE Slim bodyslide preset going.
