Pretty much what it says in the title. I was running a low charisma character build but wanted to build the emitter. But you end up needing a charisma level of 9 before that can happen. Hence this mod. Completely removes the perk requirements, all you need are the materials. Also works very well coupled with Wasteland Workshop Defenders, which allows all manner of creatures to get along with one another while defending your settlements.
