Nipton Road Reststop

Nipton Road Reststop is a iconic location in New Vegas. But it needs a little TLC. I have made a functional settlement with all the needs of the settlers and plenty of room to grow on. I will add a lot more in upcoming blueprints. But this is more then enough to get your city thriving. With a locked room just for you, eight power armor stations, all workbenches and more all ready at your fingertips. So you don't have to worry, and go explore the mojave.

This settlement has:
  • Ready for 21 settlers
  • Loaded Warehouse
  • Local Market
  • Guard towers
  • Gated community
  • 36 water
  • 250 power
  • 174 defense
  • just over 1000 pcs for the blueprint

So if you're ready to jump feet first into the majove and not worry about building a growing settlement give this plan a try. It has a lot to offer and plenty of room to expand on.

This settlement will only need 5 mods. Two are Bethesda Mods. So you'll have get them on their site. I have links attached for the mods. I have a link for all mods needed on the file download section. If for some reason the file doesn't place the file in the correct place. Then the mod won't read the file. If this happens go to your Fallout4 folder. then follow this: Data/F4SE/PLUGINS/TRANSFERSETTLEMENTS/BLUEPRINTS... Make a new number folder. And place the file in the new folder . Then load up the game. You're all set. If you need more in depth help then go to the Transfer Settlements page. Here is a link: Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

I hope you enjoy this settlement. I hope to bring more settlements in the future.

Thank you
